Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal for EU customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, except where a legal exception applies.

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

How to request a return
To request a return, please get in touch with us at info@meda-furniture.com within 14 days of delivery. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@meda-furniture.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items
Items that are clearly personalised, custom-made to a customer's specific request, or otherwise exempt under applicable consumer law may not be eligible for return or cancellation. If you are unsure whether your order falls into this category, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
