Shipping Policy

All Meda Furniture pieces are made to order or prepared in small batches from our workshop materials stock.

Production time
Most stools and small furniture pieces require 20 to 30 business days for production before shipment. If an item is in stock and ready to ship, processing time can be shorter.

Shipping time
Estimated shipping time after dispatch:
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
United States and Canada: 10 to 18 business days
Other international destinations: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary depending on the destination, customs processing, seasonal demand, and courier delays.

Order confirmation and dispatch
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

Customs duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Meda Furniture is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@meda-furniture.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
