Return and Refund Policy
At Meda Furniture, each piece is handmade with care, often made to order or produced in small batches. Because our products are crafted from natural wood and many items are made specifically for each customer, please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing an order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item is custom-made, personalized, made to specific measurements, or otherwise excluded from return under applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is packed safely for return shipping.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-measure, or specially requested items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes products made in a specific wood type, finish, size, height, color, engraving, or other custom specification requested by the customer.
Natural Wood Variations
Natural variations in wood grain, tone, texture, knots, color, and finish are not considered defects. Each piece of solid wood is unique, and slight differences from product photos may occur.
Handmade details and natural material variations are part of the character of our products and do not qualify as a reason for refund unless the item is damaged or incorrectly made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@meda-furniture.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meda-furniture.com.
If production has not yet started, cancellation may be possible. If production has already started, especially for custom-made or made-to-order items, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a partial charge for work already completed.
