Shipping Policy

All Meda Furniture pieces are made to order or prepared in small batches from the materials available in our workshop.

Production Time

Most stools and small furniture pieces require 20 to 30 business days for production before shipment. If an item is in stock and ready to ship, the processing time may be shorter.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time after dispatch:

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • United States and Canada: 10 to 18 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10 to 20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, seasonal demand, postal services, and courier delays.

Order Confirmation and Dispatch

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other local charges may apply.

Orders to the United States

For eligible products shipped to the United States, import duties are prepaid before entry into the country through our postal customs process and are charged before dispatch. Final delivery is handled by the local postal network and may not always be completed door-to-door.

If a final local delivery step requires pickup or customer coordination with the local carrier, the customer is responsible for that final handoff.

Canada and Other Non-EU Destinations

For Canada and all other destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Meda Furniture is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@meda-furniture.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
